Exxfire is a Dutch company that was founded in 2010 with the vision of creating a safe and sustainable fire suppression solution for critical assets. Exxfire uses a patented technology that generates nitrogen gas from solid propellant cartridges, without any external power or pressure. The nitrogen gas (IG100) is released at ambient temperature and low pressure, depleting the oxygen, creating a cooling and inerting effect that smothers the fire and prevents re-ignition.
